Filled truck across street from the drop off still got charged 2 gallons to fill. Don't know where they put it but smells fishy.

Finding the location was a challenge, picking up the truck was easy. The truck itself was absolutely terrible. First off it was completely filthy, the rear drivers side brake light barely worked and part of the way through the drive the oil low light came on and my fiance had to stop and buy oil and add it to the truck. When she dropped it off the person who received it said the truck should have never been put on the road in that condition and asked that we send a receipt for the oil. Unfortunately it was 3am and that was not her first thought. I messaged the GM of the location in Lakeland telling him we did not have the receipt, he then began blaming me for the issues, telling me we should have called Uhaul corporate or roadside assistance. All he wanted to do was credit us for the oil we bought. This was a terrible experience and instead of taking accountability he chose a different path. I had to reach back out to him when he told me to call corporate and that he was not planning on doing anything, his name is Peter. ZERO customer support from him.
