I declined to pay for the insurance, I was still charged. The truck didn’t have AC, and it was in a SKETCHY location. I didn’t feel safe leaving my personal vehicle there. I would drive farther to a different U-Haul just to avoid this location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulInside the trailer itself was dirty and wet camp had trash in it
Dan JI requested somebody evaluate my bill due to the fact that it was $180 for 3 hours. Somebody told me they would get back to me and never did
KATRINA PThe guy at the counter when I tried to turn it in acted rude and unprofessional. The app wouldn’t work for me to submit the pics and mileage and he was of no help. I wound up just putting the keys in the after hour box just to not deal with him.
JOSHUA MThe whole building smells like restroom, and the truck was not actually filled up when we got it. It is annoying to rent if you don’t have the app because they don’t tell you what you need to do when you first get the car. I hate having to have an app for everything.
