Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTHE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOCATION WHERE I OBTAINED THE VEHICLE. THIS LOCATION WAS IMMACULATE, AND THE PERSONNEL WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I would rent from this location anytime. Very convenient, easy to find and close to everything and the staff were terrific.
Lise EBoth the employees were gracious, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had previously vowed never to use Uhaul again after a bad experience several years ago, but this location, the ease of conducting business, the phone based contract and above all the staff have restored my faith in your service. Please keep up the great standard.
John RAlthough the facility was closed an attendant answered the phone and assured me that I could still drop the truck off and place the key in the box. Very convenient!!
TRACYCARON BAuto M USA is an awesome place to rent a U-Haul. They are very accommodating to their customers. We got in and out in no time. The rental return process was extremely easy. I recommend this place to anyone needing a U-Haul.
