The truck I reserved was not at all the same truck I got, truck was very very dirty and when telling the person working I was told to bad but that’s not his problem !! Been coming here for years and never had issues like this... very disappointed

I returned my vehicle on time and was told to pull it over under the tarp. I was going to use the app, but was told by the gentleman they could do everything because they have all the same information. I was charged the correct amount in full, after returning my van rental with a full tank of gas and ensuring it was clean. I was then charged an additional $52 and change that I ddI not authorize. When I called, I was transferred to the system customer service instead of my location, and then placed on hold without collecting any information when I stated that I needed to know what this unauthorized charge was for. The girl never got my name or any information, just placed me on hold. To say the least, I’m rather angry over this experience.

Put in place a system that your employees are not only familiar with, but that has also been vetted by those in charge first. I and several others lost a lot of time yesterday whilst the computer system opted to do its own thing. This in turn, put undo stress upon your employees: one of which was just in training. I felt for the both of them. If you expect your employees to work with systems that are buggy and untested, the very least you could do is have a manager on hand for support. Very unprofessional.

I had to do some night driving, and the headlights were so dim, I had to drive with the high beams on. Not one approaching vehicle noticed, it was very difficult to see! The inside of the windshield was very hazy, adding to the difficulty of seeing the highway!

First off they didnt tell me what size ball we needed and wouldnt take the address ehen my husband came to get the trailor then you give us an address that was 56 miles away from where we were . Whrm my son dropped it greif was get again giben a hatd time becsusr we took it back to the uhaul that was closer to where we were. You also need. Update your web site. To inform. Your customers that there is a request fee for the equipment
