Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe rear passenger signal light was not working making driving, particularily on the 401 in Toronto very dangerous. The stearing wheel was stick,- it only takes a wet wipe to clean it off - not much work at all. The people were nice at the location. As for corporate U-Haul - I was bombarded with email to the point of absurdity - 15 emails pertaining to the rental, many of them dulpilcates. The demand for downloading an app to rent was out of line. Would i rent again? Not likely.
TERRY CGood overall experience. Had no issues at all. Thanks again!
Trevor MThe online check-in required either additional identification or the information of another person who had to be available to answer a verification call. I booked online and don’t remember this requirement being clearly communicated during the booking process, so I wasn’t prepared to have someone available at the last minute. I think this should be made much more obvious before pickup. The employee was very kind and helpful, however, and allowed me to complete the check-in in person instead.
Phuong MFor one way I would recommend.
