Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTruck sounded funny idling loud and felt out of line once I put 20 in it to get back to 1/2 but, it kept going up and down when pressing on gas besides that it was good thank you
JEANELLEN HEverything was perfect - customer service was great
barry OReturn during normal business hours was confusing, the instructions were not clearly communicated as to how to drop off without the manager present.
John BThe owner of this location was an absolute asshole. As i dropped my truck off using the app, ih had to bring in the keys. He was rude. Just rude! Then i went out to my personal truck trying to finish adding a new payment card in the app, and he came out telling me to get off his property, because i was blocking his parking lot for future customers. With no cars or future customers in sight, i might add. I then told him i needed just 2 mins to finish paying for the truck, then he decided to threaten me with violence, so i left. Then i get a call from his wife asking for the payment information as she's telling me he called the police on me for being on his property and not leaving exactly when he told me too. Insane and crazy!!!! This man should not be dealing with Uhaul customers in any way period!
