Luis ANowhere to stand to wait your turn. It was cold and windy outside while I waited. Service was great, though. Attendant took time to show me everything with the truck and answered all my questions well.
Tonia SThe truck had a broken ignition which made it difficult to start. We needed to return the truck and get a second one. Our original order was to pick up a 15 foot truck in Flanders.. On Saturday we were called and told we needed to use the U-Haul business. We had fully discussed with our reservation at Flanders we would be picking up the truck after 6 pm on May 18th. We also discussed with the person that called on Saturday the situation. When we arrived in Kenvil, there was no one available nor a text on how to receive the truck. We called the number on the door only to be told he closes at 3pm. We discussed how this was all OK on previous conversations. He helped us obtain the truck but we needed to give all our information again including a charge card. We leave the lot, only to go down Rt 46 for less than a mile to fill with gas and once I turn off the truck it will not restart. We place multiple calls to the same office with no answer. Finally, the attendant at the station gets the truck restarted and we return the truck back to Kenvil. Once again, we put in calls to the owner. He finally comes to the shop and gets us another truck. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The second truck was filthy and drove poorly. With the front end on the driver's side rattling like the tire was going to fall off. It took forever to get up to speed of 30 mph. The rumble in the back end we concerning also. We returned the truck with in 24 hours and were still charged for 2 days of rental. Never again......No contact since the return of the truck with the mileage and adjustment to the bill. Very Poor Service and Equipment.
