This was the location I chose during my online booking, but I received notification the day before my reservation that the pickup location was changed. It was somewhat inconvenient as it took a few phone calls to get it changed.

Be honest with the customer when rentals need to be returned by. I was told equipment could be returned after they opened in the morning. When I returned the equipment after they opened they told me it was a late return and tried charging me for a second day.

I was thrilled to get a new truck, it was great!. The cab was a mess though - The floor needed to be washed out for mud, there was cigarette ash in the tray and some garbage behind the seat.

Van smelled horribly like dogs. I brought it to the attention of the staff at first and I thought it would still be fine for the few hours I needed it for, but was very bad when closed up and driving. Made me nauseous. Make sure the vans get cleaned before renting.

immediately brought back a 15ft. truck with BAD front end problems .attendant found a note indicating such .missed it , no problem . got a second truck that had BAD vibrations at highway speeds and wandered all over the road manager said "its just an old truck" i am a mechanic and these vehicles should be serviced NOW before the are rented again . they were both out front when i left . found a disclaimer with invoice that said they were not responsible for and water damage because the roof leaked ? WELL FIX THE DAMN THING

My reservation was not fulfilled. I had confirmed 2 dollies and only received one. This made it very difficult to move items and, of course, it took longer. Also the truck was not cleaned...not in the driver/passenger area and not in the loading area. My husband and I cleaned out the loading area before we loaded our stuff. I do want to have to clean out the equipment before I use it. Plus this made extra work on our moving day. I already know I will be moving again in the next 5-7 months. And at this time, I cannot say I would use uhaul again.

I had selected piano moving and rented 2 dolly's. BUT NO RAMP ON 10 FT TRUCK. THANKS ALOT FOR THE HEAD'S UP. Seriously people, I suggest you help people out a little. I would gladly have upgraded the truck for a ramp. If I had known.

Add customer seating. Having to wait to be served and being disabled doesn't mix well, let alone with the body toll of moving. Having more than one person on duty would help immensely. Coming into the store when the only person there is outside somewhere is a bit disturbing. People are very nice and helpful.

Dri d Mud on the floor of truck— Both sides of driver and passenger. Dried Mud on brakes and gas pedal upon pick up as well. I was worried I might be blamed for it. But that did t happen. Otherwise the gentleman that helped me in the Stow location was great. He was attentive and helped me learn how to use certain aspects on the truck. He didn’t rush me. I really appreciated him. (I think his name was Josh. ) thank you Josh!

I rented the truck until 2pm at 150pm I was getting gas and received a phone call from the location the man asked where I was. I said I was getting gas and was 7mins away. He began to inform me that if I did not have the truck back right away I would be charged that the next customer was there waiting. I said wait I have this til 2 right? And he said yes. And I said it’s 150 and I am 7 mins away. I said I will be there by 2 and ended the conversation. Then about 3 mins later I get ANOTHER phone call from the location from a different person asking me where I am. It is now 152 still not 2pm. I told him this is the second call I am 3 mins closer than I was I will be there in 4 mins still before 2pm. I eventually walked up to the counter at 158pm. And they never acknowledged that they were very rude. Will find a new location next time or use BUDGET or someone else.

Please let the customer know when they turn in equipment or shortly after if there's a balance due. I had to take extra money from my rent to pay a fee of $115 from 2011!! No one has ever called to say i owed a balance until 7 years later! I won't recommend uhaul to anyone i know

Mobile 24/7 check in did not work. Customer service representatives take 15 mins to pick up the phone and initially had no idea what the issue was. Offered $50 off and a truck when the location opened at 9am (when we were supposed to pick up at 7am). No concern that I had to sit in my car for nearly 2 hours waiting for a truck. Overall horrible experience.
