Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI don't even know where to start. We were supposed to pick up the truck from a closer location and they moved us to this location so I already had iffy feelings about this from the start. We rented a truck and after loading up ALL of our furniture, we noticed when we got to our new home, that there was COCKROCHES in the truck. This was NOT from our previous place. I'm extremely disappointed on how U-Haul handled our experience. They said the most they could do was refund us 20% which came out to $16. We had to take our sectional couch, recliner and a side chair to the DUMP because of this. You guys need to do better. We had to throw away THOUSANDS of DOLLARS and all we got was $16??? I'm baffled. The lady at the location we picked up from and dropped off has the photos. I will never rent from you guys again. And you need to do better than 20%.
Nicole DThey refused to take cash. They didn’t hook up the trailer or at least assist me. The truck was filthy, windshield covered in bugs, the cargo area had some liquid that had spilled on the floor and dried. The engine cover was half on, I had to put it back on correctly. He put the wrong drop off location, he put Michigan instead of Missouri.
