I was overcharged and I will be getting a refund. Miles were added that I didn’t use. I only went 10 mi total but was charged for 50!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI only drove the truck 15 miles. I put 2 gallons in the tank. I was charged for 3 extra gallons of gas. I called the location and was told "it wasn't their fault"
James RI'd appreciate a full tank of gas at pickup.
Steve DI asked to pick up my equipment at a different location and made the reservation weeks in advance and confirmed that it would be available at the location I wanted to get it at. I was then switched 2 times to other locations.
Jonathan MThe only thing I would appreciate is the location having a better stock of tools. Otherwise, all was perfect.
