It wasnt clear about cost and mileage of using the vehicle.I understand the employee is their to do there job but informing the customer about all the penalty,mileage and the cost will be very helpful to the customer.NO SURPRISES

My trailer became detached while I was the I 10 interstate with my father and 2 year old grandchild in the car. When I finally made it to where I was going when I went to go pull out my stuff my 2 the one 64' and the other 44' was broken and my mirror was broken and a few of my containers was broken and now need to be replaced. I am in the process of trying to make sure my car wasn't damage which I will now need to pay for because you work Manger where I picked the trailer up was unable to properly attach a trailer to my car. My pin for my HITCH is now gone and now I need to replace it. I was told that I will still be charged for the trailer and if i want my money back which i feel like is unaccetable because i could have lost my life my child's life and my grandchild's life and I feel like uhaul is not Concern over that. your insurance company have not called me back this happened at 7 am Monday morning it is now 3:40pm Tuesday and still no contact I've tried contacting and no response.

The ac went out on the truck and the return location said they couldn't refund me because I prepaid . Penske may be a safer choice,

The representative when I picked up was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of saying the Appliance dolly wasn't available he just changed my reservation and charged me for a utility dolly that was useless. I will never use this location again.

Bathroom was out of order and no other restroom to use. The man checking me in on return of vehicle wanted to charge me a different rate than quoted. I explained the agreed upon rate and he said he could not do anything so I talked to the manager. The manager went into the computer and the agreed upon rate was attached to my name. I paid that amount, as agreed. Manager was very helpful but the other man did not seem interested in helping me resolve to problem.

2 hours to rent a truck, really!!!! , desk clerk didnt wanna do paper work had to go to another rental store and rent truck that 1st rental store had . Next day had a different Clerk for returns, he was was very nice and helpful. Call for questions would love to explain evrrything.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever experienced. Reserved to pick up in Metairie, LA. You moved my reservation to Kenner, LA without notice. No inspections were completed before leaving the lot. After loading my truck, it started to rain and the roof was leaking all over my things. I had to unload, clean the mess and block the hole in the roof. Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed the gas needed was inaccurate, the mileage, and the truck number and plate. The truck you gave me wasn't even the one I have papers for. Never, and I mean never using this company again. $220 joke.

Only one person serving customers in line. I did "express checkout" but had to wait long. The truck was disappointing. It's been about five years since I used U-Haul last time, but I found it little changed.

I reserved the Vechile from 7-3:00, I wanted to pick up the Vechile at 8:30am, but was told by the reservation agent, that if I didn't come at 7:00am they could give the truck to someone else. I thought that was the whole reason to give a credit card security. If I reserve a truck from 7-3, I should be able to pu it up @ 2:30 if that's what I need to do. This was an inconvenience bc I had to rearrange a ride to your shop. When I arrived, your counter person was extremely helpful. Great experience, truck served its purpose, especially bc it rained while in transfer and protected our possessions.

Pay attention to how the customer wants to pay. I held my reservation with a debit card, but swiped a credit card at pick up. My debit card was charged instead. It was a hassle.

Check the equipment better, you sent out a CAR HAULER with a flat tire....doesn't take a genius to check tire pressures

Trailer smelled like cat urine Had to mop before using for luggage Office only had 1 person to help customers. Couple left because wait time too long
