I would never rent from the Troost location. There was no help. No instructions. It was awful.

daliee dThis is a comment in general, not for this location. The in-person service was excellent. The online forms are a disaster. I had rented a 15 foot truck one way. When I arrived to pick up the truck, that particular truck had to be returned to the initial location. It took another 20 minutes for the service person to get through the system (not her fault, the system wasn't cooperating) to reserve a different truck. This truck was not very clean (we found a shoe, a bra, a silver tooth(!) and other assorted items in the back) There was very little gas in the truck. I can only assume that since this was NOT the truck they thought we were taking, that they hadn't had time to get it ready for the next person yet. Those were minor issues, but why bother to use the online reservation system?
JODI FMake sure the truck has gas and the blankets that were requested are available and the gates aren’t locked up when the return is scheduled for.
