Clearly a side business for this guy. But he was terrific and the return was very easy and very close to where I needed it to be.

rodger M.I return this trailer back on the 18th and I am just now getting a receipt for it. Come to find out. They also charged me an after hours be saying that I returned it at 10 PM. It was returned at 4 PM and we even spoke with the staff. Not ok. Seems a little scammy to me. Also the trailer wasn't even cleaned out when we got It and I had to remove the trash myself. I will be calling for my refund on these extra charges.
SARAH R.There was an issue with the truck I reserved where the keys were missing. The associate kept a very positive attitude and she was very empathetic. She was a perfect example of customer service. She did everything that she could do to get me into another truck and on my way. This young lady certainly deserves a raise.
