Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst of all have proper signage so you can find the place secondly make sure when I reserve and I asked for a pick up at a certain location. You have it there and not send me somewhere else.
Lilliana HOverall it was an ok experience. The location is easy to find and access. The personnel was friendly, easy to deal with, and helpful. I would recommend this location but with a caveat. When I called to adjust the pick up time, I was told that my 0930 is fine. The person I talked to said, no problem and booked my time. A couple of things to keep in mind: My pick up was scheduled for 0930, the store wasn't open when I got there and I had to wait 15 min for some one to arrive. And the only reason it was only 15 min, because the building manager was around and he called the store owner. I think that I would have been waiting utill 1030 when the store opens.
Aneta AVery friendly
Anthony PIt was closed so we just used the drop box. We handed in at least one day early.
