We actually reserved a uhaul at another location in Rhome, TX first and when we called, our uhaul was not there. We then had to call and locate another truck. This location in Justin actually stayed open later in order to give us time to get there and get a truck. They were sweet and patient and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. We do, however, feel inconvenienced by UHaul not fulfilling our first reservation and causing much stress and time consumption in the middle of our moving journey.

I picked up in Justin, Tx and the team there was amazing to work with. We changed from a 20' to a 26' at the last minute. They worked with us to make it happen. The drop off location in Cedar Creek (Treasure Chest) were wonderful as well. Please let these locations and their DMs know that both were outstanding!!
