The young lady who checked us out with the trailer was incredibly pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Her friendly attitude was exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. She was very knowledgeable about the trailer and the surrounding area, taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The trailer was clean, in great condition, and perfectly suited our needs. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service.

The person was a hour late so I couldn't get my uhual for more then a hour of when I was scheduled then the tire was completely blown and I had to wait more then a hour more to get it fixed to even start using the uhual and it was a very hot day. Also the location of the uhual company is very fun down and terrifying.
