Victoria JThere was never anyone at the location & no one ever picked up the phone. I returned my equipment well before the time but 3 days later I look in the app and it says it’s overdue to return. I had to call the U-Haul Customer Service line cause again they never answered. They were very friendly and went to the sight verified equipment was there and processed my truck return 3 days later. This location Just seems extremely unprofitable unprofessional. But U-Haul was great Thank You Guys
