Thank God for the phone support, without the great people working on the customer service this location has no U=Haul employee and very few vehicles like two 10' trucks and 3 vans! but the location is 5mns away walking from my home and I need a truck every Sunday for business! So, I wish this location develops.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe app told us to go inside for the key, the restaurant said they never have the keys. We need to go to the lockbox. Then we had to call UHaul and they gave us the lockbox number and code. App needs to be fixed for this location... seems the restaurant is annoyed with people coming in and asking for keys. App also failed for taking pictures of the van. We had to call again to get an email to send pictures to. The app needs a lot of work...
Jason TThis is the absolute worst pick up location in the city. It is in the middle of a busy neighborhood and the parking lot of a diner where parking is far and view between. No one in the diner can assist you with any issues going on, not their fault. The pick up process in the drop off were completely different waste of times on both my ends if you’re going to do things digitally and without humans they need to be done correctly.
Anatalie DThe van was in great shape. The pick up experience took me entirely too long. The app was not working correctly and kept asking me to do things over. The van was parked in an extremely tight spot. I felt like i could have damaged it just by moving out of the parking spot. The pick up took about 45 minutes and that is way to long. So much time wasted.
MAURIO BNothing at all, I was surprised at how fast and efficient it was to pick up my rental. It took about 5 minutes. I really liked the new and improved way of getting a rental. Kudos to those involved in implementing a new and simple way to get a rental from U-Haul. Much appreciated.
