The place is not fully set up yet meaning he doesn't have equipment, just the truck. I didn't have the time to go to another store to get a second hand truck or furniture dolly. Other than that though, he's a great guy to deal with. Oh, and so is his dog!!! Bob

See above. And I also requested from both Rick and Dylan with the disastrous texts and phone calls. We had yesterday to have the regional Director for the Jacksonville area. Call me. Naturally, I haven’t heard from anyone and I’m still waiting for that call. Again doesn’t describe me with the disaster. The UHAUL organization is which I will make crystal clear in my letter to the CEO, the second one in two years. Remind you. The entire organization is a systemic failure from the top down, and I will certainly let him know that.
