The gentleman on the phone was so very helpful, and when the truck I ordered was not available, he gave me a free upgrade. Not only that, but when I had a pickup issue, I was given an extra day's rental at no cost. Such wonderful service!!!

The Irving location itself was great, as was the Chenango Street Binghamton location where we dropped it off. But the 26 foot truck we drove from Buffalo to Binghamton was probably the most jarring experience I've had doing that 220 mile drive. The truck was constantly stuttering and violently shaking. Not the steering wheel, but the whole cab. I've driven UHauls before but never saw anything like that. Someone needs to look at that truck and make sure the transmission isn't blown or there isn't some other serious mechanical problem with it.
Matthew TEverything was a mess had to pick up way out of the way and then had to go farther out of my way to get the dolly because it wasn't in the truck . Very disappointed in U-Haul!!!
