The van was the worst piece of equipment I had ever rented: * Had over 134k miles * The brakes were bad , almost non existent * The driver side door gasket fell in my lap and I couldn’t re-install it * Because the gasket caused a carbon monoxide leak risk I cut my rental from 3 to 1 day * I chatted support about the issues to see if they can get me another truck, they told me to call roadside assistance . Unacceptable , I didn’t have 2-3 hrs to waste when I was in the middle of a move

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCustomer service was very poor at this location and the checkout process took 3 phone calls and 40 minutes of my time. At the end, the location Representive was irritated and rush me to hang up on Uhaul customer service. He was rude and came close to getting some of the same attitude back that he was giving. I will never spend another red cent at that location for Uhaul or purchasing any other product they sell.
D'andre WOne worker doing both gas station and uhaul. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get the truck out.
Christopher HI had difficulty understanding the individual who handled my rental. The web link to check in and check out did not work at all. I had an hour-long wait time calling U-Haul customer service. Over the last 4 1/2 decades spanning four states, I have rented dozens of U-Haul trucks and trailers and never had this much trouble with a rental.
