I waited for 15 minutes to pick up my truck. There was no associate in the store. I could hear them talking in a back room. The other person in the store and I went out and in several times to sing the bell in hopes they’d come help us. I’m very thankful I checked in online so that I didn’t have to wait through that process as well.

The truck was not available until 1 hr after my reserved pick up time due to no gas and missing cadillac converter. I asked for a discount and nothing was provided. I hope to hear back regarding a possible refund or discounted rate.

Well they charged me a 100 dollar deposit because they said my card was a prepaid card and it's not my name is it and it is through a bank my disability check goes directly there. Then when I took truck back to the location in Indianapolis IN the guy that was working can't subtract evidently because he said I went over a hundred miles so he kept 40 and told me to call the 800 number to talk to them about it. And he said his phone doesn't lie and I told him mine doesn't either. I figured the mileage and it was 93.9 miles. I feel.like your company get your hands on other people's money you think you can say and do what you want with the money. Legal theifs !

Very disappointed in my recent experience. Booked a 10’ truck for pick up at 4:30pm. Changed to 5:30pm. Got email confirmation of change. When I showed up was told my location pick had been changed. No one called to notify me & ask if I could go there. It was too far west & the cost would have been way more than I had planned. Told girl to cancel. She wasn’t able to. Tried calling other location. No answer. She had 10’ trucks on the lot (3 of them ) and said they were reserved. I showed her my original confirmation & said so was mine & I was there. She tried to rent one to me & said it wouldn’t let her. I ended up calling the 800# who moved the reservation back to where I was. What a hassle. Lost an hour trying to resolve this. Not happy with this experience at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful with the truck rental. However, the dolly provided had a broken bar across the back on which I cut myself during the move. This required me to go the hospital for a tetanus shot. While the staff at this location were good, I was extremely upset and disappointed with my overall experience with UHaul. I was led to believe many things that were not true, conditions and plans were changed on me at the last minute, and I felt that I did not matter to UHaul as a customer. In the end, I will NOT recommend using UHaul services due to the misleading information I was given regarding what is already a very stressful time for most people. I expected much more than what was provided.

Eric was not very friendly. It was like we were a bother to him. The hold experience was bad. Our reservation got cancelled. We were suppose to get a 26' and ended up getting a 17" truck. The pick-up and drop-off was out of our way.

Location did not open until 15 minutes after posted time. Said, "I overslept". 15 people waiting when he showed up. Only one person working and truck leaked oil on my driveway.

This isn't related to this specific location, but the online "checkout" process was a disaster. First, I didn't get the directions to take pictures of the fuel gauge until after I had already dropped off the key, so I couldn't take those pictures. Secondly, each new picture I had to take required me to switch to the camera app on my phone to take the picture, then when I switched back to upload the image, the process started all over again. After restarting three times and then being told that the first picture I had taken of the odometer was now too old, I finally gave up.

I was there before the store opened, and there was a line of customers (I was at the front of the line). However, since I did not have a reservation, the employee made me stand aside and wait until everyone with a reservation was done, rather than helping me. I was able to get on my phone and made a reservation before the line was finished. This experience was frustrating and embarrassing. Also, the car dolly had a taillight out, and I was forced to purchase the magnetic taillights in order to use the equipment legally, as the employee advised that there was nothing that he could do about it.

WAS SUPPOSED to call and arange pick up time, instead texted me with a time that was good for them, and not me. then only gave me 6 hours with the truck, to move a hole house! so im running and stressing out trying to be super fast. never use uhaul again
