After unloading the 26' truckl at around 630pm I prepared to return it before my 7pm return time. The truck failed to start. It was blocking the entire driveway and I had no way of leaving to do the things i still needed to do. I was unable to wait for assistance that night (ETA 1.5hr). I had to push the 12,000lb truck out of my way so we could leave to get dinner. The next day i rescheduled roadside assistance and they showed up on time and got the truck running so i could return it.

The check engine light stayed on the whole time I had the truck. When trying to return the truck I made it back to the location at 7:56 they close at 8 the doors were already locked so one of your employees told me to park it under the patio and drop the keys in the drop box. When I woke up the next day I realized I got charged an extra 20 dollars for doing exactly what an employee told me to do. If you say your open till 8 you need to be open to late it’s unacceptable to charge me any extra money for you locking your doors early. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time!

I was the only customer at this location last night. I was able to pickup my contract within 5 minutes. Was told to wait at the canopy and someone would be right out to hook up my trailer. I waited for around 15 minutes while another employee walked around a truck and goofed off on his phone. I figured nobody was coming to assist me and drove to the back of the lot to find my trailer and hook it up myself. I was then confronted by the employee playing on his phone and yelled at for “being in such a hurry.” Perhaps assist your customers who are onsite and play after they’re gone?

Mike Carret, I’m not sure if I’m spelling his last name correctly was horrible. I asked him a few questions while waiting to be directed to a trailer I was renting and he instantly responded with what I felt to be a disrespectful response. I will never do business here again. I will most definitely be reporting this issue to management.

The associate who Checked me in cheated me by marking wrong gas mark on paper. Actually the tank has less gas then it was marked and I only drove for 19miles and filled 4 gallons, when I returned they charged me $25 for gas and told me I did not bring it back with full. I just want everyone to make sure before start driving that your gas is marked as it is in the tank otherwise they will charge you.

Sometimes your staff is not friendly/helpful. Not the case this time at all. The man that hooks and unhooks trailers is very good. Not sure his name..just recognize him by the beard. The person who checked me in knew her job and was user FRIENDLY. A good experience!!

It would be nice if the trucks had cruise control. I know the are programmed to not go over 75 but it would be good to set a controlled speed.

It is the second time that I was overcharged at this location, first time (1-2 months ago) they did not tell me that the rental was for 6 hours and I was charged extra when I returned the trailer in 15 hours. The second time was today, I told that I don't need insurance and got a receipt for just a trailer, but when I returned the trailer, they charged me for insurance as well. In both cases, I was able to get refunds for the overcharge. And since, I have never had any problems at any other location (different states), for now, I don't blame the U-haul but I blame workers at this location.
