The lady running the store was super nice and helpful. I was scheduled to arrive at or after closing time but got there a few minutes early. She said she was going to wait around until I got there to be sure everything went ok (and to sell me tape and boxes ha ha).

Orlis JI had issues with the other place you scheduled me for. I reserved my pickup at the place I wanted to pickup my trailer. You changed it to a different location which was at a motel 8 down the street. The person there had no clue how to do it and then had another person on the phone trying to walke her through it. Very unprofessional. The guy on the phone was very rude and eventually told me he did not want to rent me the trailer. I went back down to the original place where I wanted to pickup my trailer and the rescheduled me to pick one up in in Southport rd. Indy Rental sales was very nice and easy to work with. This was my first time hauling a trailer so I wanted someone with knowledge to help me make sure I was hooked up correctly. I don't understand why the hotel 8 place is even a uhaul dealer. The main uhaul place told me they get complaints about motel 8. Also the original place I wanted to pickup my trailer I would have bought $75 to $100 in shipping supplies. Because you moved me to a different location I ordered stuff off Amazon.
