Had to call a friend to help get the trailer hooked up. Would recommend making sure the person doing pick up knows if assistance will be required.
RACHEL CIt was not clear on the website that this location was literally just an empty lot to drop off the trailer we rented. I had to call a phone number listed on a pole to figure out how to check the trailer back in. I will NOT be using this location ever again to drop-off, even if it was the closest to where I was staying. There needs to be more information on your website that this location does NOT have staff there to help you check in the rental. I dropped off during the day and I'm glad I did. I would not feel comfortable dropping anything off there after dark.
