ROGELIO L.After calling this location to tell her that I would be just two hours late from dropping off my Uhaul, I was assured that would be fine. I then asked what the charge was and she said just look at your email. I never received an email. Of course, I was in the process of moving and relocating from another city so I hurried up to finish and have the Uhaul returned. She charged me an additional day which I told her I didn't need. I would like someone to contact me from customer service because I was charged an additional $94 for this Uhaul. This is poor customer service because I called this location multiple times and communicated that I couldn't afford extra charges. I understand a charge for any additional mileage but not for an additional day. I can be called at 726-444-7184
Ashley F.Sure. You cannot pick up your reserved truck until 9am, but the people were wonderful to work with, we felt comfortable. We would rent a truck from this place again.
