Charged me for gas even though I filled it to the line that I received it at. Windshield wiper was broken. Didn't realize it until it started raining while I was driving. It was very dangerous.
Jeanne POn arrival, I discovered the windshield had a severe crack right in the line of vision and was unsafe to drive but since I was picking it up before the facility opened, I kind of had no choice since I was in a time crunch
frank mWhen my wife went into the location to check out we were told to just drop it off. She mentioned that the trailer seemed to bounce a lot. He said “ you should have loaded all the heavy stuff in the back.” This is irresponsible and dangerous advise for loading a trailer and goes against all the information on the trailer. There are stickers and sighs all over the trailer about proper loading. Someone taking his advice could end up having an accident and harming themselves and others. Nobody came out to look at the trailer of assist in removal or storage.
Carlo MI was not informed that it was an “in town” rental. I needed the car hauler trailer to pull my wife’s car from Houston Texas to Tacoma Washington. I was charged an additional $200 for “wrong drop off location”. How to improve? Make sure the customer is aware of the extra charges BEFORE they make the commitment.
