Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUhaul made this process very unpleasant. They make it look like online you can reserve a truck at the location you choose without any problems. When you call the location they actually don't have the truck and send you to a different spot. So I ended up calling the main number and they found me a truck at a location that worked for me. The night before like at 7pm, I got a text that said my truck location had be changed and updated. I had other helpers that were suppose to be coming to the first location. I called at 6:00am the morning of my move and couldn't get any help so kept the new location....which cost me more time and more mileage. They assured me it wouldn't charge extra on time and I had it for 24 hours because I said because they changed locations on me I would need more time. When I got to pick it up, the app makes you take and answer so many questions because no one is there to help. When you are about move there is already a lot happening and filling out so many questions and pictures is very annoying. I called in two more times and confirmed there were no extra charges. I didn't end up keeping it 24 hours but just 5 hours and I got charged and extra $39.90 when three people told me and noted there would be no extra fees. Now I have to submit a dispute. Also at drop off you have to answer so many questions and take multiple photos to finish...all of this so they don't have to staff someone to help. Not a good experience with Uhaul. Watch for extra charges.

Melissah CI requested an appliance dolly and this location did not have any. Not sure why U-Haul sent me to this location. Also, I was overcharged because I reserved for four hours and was charged for a day and a half. Trying to get my money back. I will only go to an actual uhaul location after this.
Lisa TWell I paid for the 1999 truck and I put down for 30 miles but I only use 17 and I returned the truck early because I didn't leave the place until almost 1:00 so I didn't understand why my bill was almost $80 I pray I get credited once you find that I didn't use it I only went 17 miles and I just didn't put gas cuz I had forgot my wallet and I only use the fourth of a tank of gas so I pray that they fix it and return the rest of the money to my card. Other than that the attendant was beautiful understanding kind and yes I will use her again.
