Minimal explanation of what to expect, not even clear instruction on which vehicle was our on the lot - and no warning to look for a text that told us to look over the entire vehicle and take photos of any damage before we left the lot. This ended up causing us a lot of problems after drop off.

I was offered a truck with either no license plates or else plates known to belong to a stolen vehicle. When I turned that offer down I was sent to another location. It took 1 1/2 hours for me to get my rental bc the first place had trouble releasing my original order from your computer program. None of the pre check-in info like my uploaded drivers license showed up on your program. I spent the extra time online and had to redo it in person. I think the second location would have been okay if I had started with them, but they couldn’t correct the computer program issues by themselves. Your program needs an override button.

I wasn't informed that you are suppose to take pictures of vehicle, mileage, or gas meter, thankfully i did for my own benefit. I called customer service before i dropped the vehicle off about the delima and STILL got charged for the gas. Im still going through hoops to recieve my money back, but why should a customer have to go through the headache if they would've just done a simple walk around the truck before I signed the contract instead of being clueless and argumentive about the extra charges. Only good thing i can say is the truck I had was clean, experience wise horrible!

My reservation was transferred to this location from Wireless Plus 1 when I called UHaul after being unable to pick up my truck (using their 24/7 service) at a time Wireless Plus 1 wasn't open. UHaul's customer service on their phone line was not good. The first lady took my reservation number, put me on hold to check on it, and then...nothing. After a wait, a second lady picked up and we started over. She told me the location hadn't prepped my truck (though they'd had a week to do so) and she transferred my reservation to the Fuqua location - which did great. The 24/7 service deserves special mention here. Wireless Plus 1 had told me I could convert my in-person reservation to a 24/7 reservation to allow me to pick up the truck any time. But when I did that online, it didn't allow me to specify a pickup time prior to that location's 10 AM start time. That would negate the benefit completely. So when I went to pick up the truck at 8:30, the website told me I had a 24/7 reservation but wouldn't let me pick the truck up before 10 AM. Thus the call to customer service, where I was at first told I didn't have a 24/7 reservation (by the 2nd lady) and then when I told her I did per the website, she indicated that Wireless Plus 1 hadn't gotten a truck ready for me (although they did have one in the parking lot). So I don't know if Wireless Plus 1 messed up, if the website messed up, or if customer service messed up. What I do know is that UHaul messed up - though the Fuqua location did great.
