No dolly in the rear of U-Haul and young lady insisted I travel to an authorized U-Haul location to go retrieve one, adding unnecessary miles that I had to pay for. Also, why was. $30 safemove fee added???

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI would not recommend that location because the truck was Turned in. They turrĺ
DEMETRIA MVery horrible communication. Not helpful whatsoever. Told me they “could not” accept my rental return even though they could. Sent me to multiple locations in which they didn’t help either.
Memree JMy only issue is that when I arrived I found out that the location did not have any even though its available to reserve. It took time away from me moving to have to find one. I did not find one until almost 3 hours later. Another thing, on the passenger side of the truck as soon as I open the door the black door liner just fell down.
Akheeba CMy rental with Uhaul was great thank you Uhaul I couldn’t have moved without you
