Went to return the truck early at this location, called Uhaul customer service to make sure truck was turned in properly since it was Saturday evening. The representative only told me I had to do it online and seemed almost annoyed. I called back a little later to make sure after I attempted to check truck in and got the same person so I decided to just give up on customer service and had to figure it out

Renata DWhen I reserved the truck your agent stated they would send me a confirmation email and a text on how to use the mobile app. I never received either and had call to confirm the morning of pickup. Get rid of your mobile app and start over. It is a good idea with very poor execution and service. The app was sluggish and would not work when we tried to pickup the first truck (we stood in the heat for an hour trying to get it to work). The agent changed the reservation to another location and again it took an hour in the 100 degree heat to finally get the app to work. Half of the information requested on the mobile app during pickup had already been given during reservation. Another couple was having difficulties picking up their truck and when they finally completed pickup the key was missing and no one was there to help. I felt sorry for them as we left them behind talking to uhaul and having to stand in the 100 degree heat. I will never rent a truck from an unmanned location again.
MICHELLE PDid not have the mattress pads we ordered. The business shut down before closing time and no one was there to assist.
