Rodney K.I have never done on line pick up before and did not know how to use it and the gentleman that was there was very rude. He would not help or explain anything. He said you use your phone and walked away from me. It took me over 45 minutes to complete the process. I was not satisfied at all. I was upset, mad, and frustrated. The whole delay made me late for what I had scheduled. I will never use or recommend this establishment for a pick up site.
