Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI have towed my car three times to a mechanic now and where it's at now makes the fourth. Too bad you guys don't go into the car repair business. You could tow the car, repair it, then tow it back. Nick was very helpful and very nice and when the app tried to charge me double he fixed it. I used to live in the Holyrood and it was de-ja-vu.
Burr NThe website was difficult to access
DONNA MTerrible place to rent trailers from waited over 45 min for someone to finally get ahold of someone
Colt BThe Kansas City locations should not be trying to dictate where people have to pick up in central Kansas. I also don’t agree with a truck shortage. I’m told uhaul doesn’t move vehicles from site to site, but apparently they all got moved south for the hurricanes. If that is how you want to work it and people in the areas trucks were taken from have to drive excessive miles to pick up a truck, you need to wave the mileage to and from that location and only charge what mileage they would have had from the local dealer. Nick was easy to work with, as is the Ellsworth location, but there is no reason that Salina or kc should have been involved.
