There is no address for this location - the address listed with U-Haul does not exist - when using google maps to find the location, it brings you too a vacant store front - the trailers are kept off site and you need to call to learn where they are kept - the transaction is done ONLY by phone - there is no agent and no store - THIS IS INSANE !!!! - UHAUL - SHAME ON YOU !!!

Battery died on truck, when I got in it was slow starting and I had to wait 3 hours for road side assistance, I need full refund!
Tim KThe address was for a empty store front on the other side of the strip mall. The actual location was behind the strip mall and no one was there. The pickup had to be done over the phone. They called it a "satellite" location. I requested a closer pickup spot that had people there.
