Overall an easy experience. I filled out the info on line. There was only one person there. As this was a gas station, hehad customers at the pump to handke as well. He did not explain anything nor asked for id. He gave me the keys, pointed to the van and I was off. Upon return a different person was there. I filled the tank and he said I was all set. I then received a text from uhaul telling me when the rental was due even though I had already returned it. I contacted uhaul and customer service handle the return for me. They said the rep was at lunch and would check out my return when he got back and I would not be charged any late penalties.

Drove 9 miles but was requeired to add 2.5 gallons of gas. Asked for a receipt but.was refused. When I questioned I was told "call Uhaul"

Maurice and the staff at this B.P. / U-haul location are always willing to help our busy Catering Company. We may or may not have a reservation but need another truck fast - they always do everything they can to help us. I would highly recommend this location and the business owner to anyone with a need for a truck !

People were very nice but location was difficult to find. Needs better signage. Also Our 20 foot rental truck had a broken passenger side mirror that made it very difficult to see on the passenger side. When we rented the truck at a separate location we filled out a report saying whether we agreed or disagreed with pictures showing the condition we received the truck in. This was presumably done so that when we dropped the truck off at this location they’d know whether we had caused any damage. However this location was not aware of the online forms we completed or pictures sent in with them reflecting this, and spent a while trying to figure out if we caused the damage. They filed a report that we did but didn’t charge us for anything so no harm and they were very nice in handling it. Would make sense though for these forms to be shared with the uhaul location receiving the truck, even if they are separately owned. This seems more like a uhaul company issue than the locations issue though.

Uhaul couldn't accommodate for the original reservation. Was given a smaller truck then what was needed. Had to drive 30 minutes to pick up vehicles. Long lines. Vehicle was clean and reliable.

The app was very slow for checkin, I had entered all of my license info a day ahead of time but day of still needed to wait 30+ minutes as I put in my license info again and waiting to be approved. This cut in extra to my rental time and I was standing outside alone waiting to get into the key box. All else was great.

We picked truck up at 10 am. My son was handed keys without any ID without even stating his name, only truck size. Truck had been “picked up” on U haul app at 6:30 am (not by me). Seemed strange.

I cannot recommend until the charges for my 4 hour rental is corrected. I already emailed once and I just emailed again. I have charges against my account in the amount of $254.76. It should be around $110. The contract number is 21836622. My cell is 781-910-4445.

My experience with the location was flawless. HOWEVER - my experience with staff at U-HAUL was horrible. I received a call asking "when was I going to return the van. It was due back at the dealer 2 days prior". After explaining to the staff member there's an error in the system as the date she referenced was the date I picked up the van NOT the return date. All she kept telling me ( with quite an attitude) was "WHEN ARE YOU RETURNING THE VAN YOU ARE 2 DAYS OVERDUE". Reading her the information on my documentation was like talking to a wall. I asked for the recorded conversation be supplied to me, After nearly a 1/2 hour on hold was told she couldn't get through to 'that department' but confirmed she would call me back with an estimated date I would receive a copy of the conversation. NO SURPISE! NO CALL BACK! UHAUL corporate should take some classes from the rental location - as they are professional and VERY customer oriented.

I do believe the advertisement to rent a truck for $29,95 is misleading when after a 3 hour rental it is more like $90.00 including mileage, insurance, tax and gas. The truck and the service was excellent.

Sunday self check in wasn’t great. The mileage cost must have been in tiny print but I NEVER would have paid $.79 / mile. It was rediculous.

I was pressed for time when I get into my vehicle gentleman told me I couldn’t take it and had to take another one this vehicle was rented already when I returned later seven hours later the vehicle was still sitting there. Because it was brand new they didn’t want to rent it to me. Very unhappy with location
