The gas cap wasn't a big deal, but more frequent servicing of the windshield wipers would make it safer when driving in rain.

Eric DHoly fuck... this is where my move started to become a shitshow. I had stayed at this place for 2 hours waiting on a key that he left in the ignition. But that isn't how it starts. This man is so blind he had me fill out my information on his computer. He also would talk on and on. I let him talk that much because I thought that I wouldn't be there for a million fucking years. Then he realizes that the key that he was holding doesn't even actually have the key attached to him. So, he calls the regional manager and tries to make another key. Sheppard tells the man the wrong truck name and he makes a key that belongs to another vehicle! The manager later just broke into the vehicle and found the broken key in the ignition. The only reason I am not giving him a 1 star was because he gave me from his shop for free and the truck was clean. But damn let the old man retire...
Junian JExcellent customer service. Made sure we knew how to do everything correctly. We practiced and he made sure we were comfortable with the equipment.
