The only issue I had was the vehicle had a really bad smell . We had to open the windows and crank the AC but other than that good experience

The lady was very nice but informed us that we could save almost $60 by changing our drop off location (From York to Clover). We Agreed to change the drop off location Of Clover and we signed the paper work but the paper work did not reflect the new drop off location and the lady said but to take it to the new location of Clover. On our drop off day my husband was about to leave to take the truck to Clover when a gentleman called from the York location asking where the truck was and that there had been no change but it was suppose to be delivered to him. So we took the truck to the York location. We did not get refunded for the discount that we agreed upon and we got charged a late fee. But my husband was late because we were informed to take it to a different location.

Not Panama Motors, but for U-Haul in general. We originally scheduled pickup from Climate Controlled Storage in Hinesville two months in advance and found out the day before pickup (by going there after no phone answer and a full voicemail box) that they were closed for a four day weekend, but somehow I was still able to reserve a time slot. I understand there's a 24 hour pickup option but please consider making it so you can schedule pickup times and dates by the locations set hours. We could have lost a ton of money, our new house, plane tickets, you name it- if the customer service rep was unable to direct us to a new location. Otherwise the rep on the phone and the woman assisting us at Panama Motors were both extremely pleasant and easy to work with.
Went to location on Friday to speak of the issues with the truck and No one available. Went again on Saturday and No one available again. I left the truck and turned in the keys. Tried to speak to someone again on Sunday no luck so called customer service..
worked with me with my tight schedule. Great job, truck was perfect.

Excellent customer service: patiently answered my questions regarding online truck pick up process and answered the phone after-hours when I had technical difficulties. Also, able to clarify for me the processes in Spanish which is my native language.
Location needs more equipment. I was expecting to get a furniture dolly and a regular dolly but was informed the location did not have those items along with others.
Changed me for another 24 hour rental when I was 30 min late and I called ahead of time, then when I tryed to call I kept getting forwarded to voicemail.

Make sure they are getting the correct truck so they don't have to go through what I did when they accidently had the wrong truck on file.

My reservation was for a truck, 2 utility dollies and a couple of dozen blankets. the location had no dollies (they gave me an appliance dolly at an increased price) and 7 blankets. When I tried to call the location about the return of the equipment (we were running about an hour behind), they did not answer or return our message. When I received the final receipt by email, they did not show the truck being returned until 2 days later, charging me an extra day for the truck and the appliance dolly. I will not be using u-haul in the future if it means going through Panama Motors.
