I reserved a unit on line a week prior. Was called the same day as pick up, my unit was not there i was given an address 38 miles away to a warehouse that didn't specialize in u haul. Waited an hour for the U-Haul website to load. 2nd bad experience back to back.

Christopher NNot necessarily the location but Uhaul changed my pickup location 4 times. Then when I went to pick up the Uhaul I had to go to a different location to get the transporter. Intentionally they didn't have the trailer so I left then called Uhaul to figure it out. After spending 20 minutes on hold the location I had been at called and told me a transporter just came in. Overall it was the worst experience and wasted time I could've been loading the truck.
