Returned the vehicle with full rank fuel, still couldn't select fuel level as 100%. Felt a bit expensive.

returned the U-Haul truck one day before it was due, but I was still charged an additional $313 because of an apparent mistake by the staff at this location. After I dropped off the truck, U-Haul contacted me several times to assure me that everything was fine with my rental. Despite those assurances, $313 was deducted from my account, bringing my total charges to over $500. Very disappointing experience and extremely frustrating to deal with.. Don’t use this location you will regret it.!!!!!!!
GERMAINE BI got charged 44 dollars for being 30 minutes late. I was there on time but there was no one there to check in the truck so I had to use the app and it was not linking up for 20-30 minutes . I had a similar problem at pick up in NJ. It took me 1.5 hours to pick up the truck
John J1. I had ordered a dolly along with the truck, but the location did not have it and the customer care did not tell me about it when the order was processed. 2. Returning the truck via the app was a PITA especially when returning at night and there are no lights close by when taking photos.
