Trailer was dirty inside and out. Tire tread was separating but couldn’t tell due to the mud. 10 miles down the road I had to have road side assistance come change the tire. Brake fluid reservoir was leaking brake fluid and the trailer wiring was not working properly. Location was an old, broken down mobile home with tin foil on the windows and a dog tied to a tree. Given the surrounding area, the dog has been tied to the tree for quite a while.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe car dolly's left light did not work right out of the lot. Which can create a hazard with car on the dolly at night. No brake light, no turn signal, or tail-light. I took it anyway because I was trying to keep a schedule to pick up somone at Dallas Airport in a few hours. Also, somewhere in my request for a 24 hour dolley, it was written down to turn it in at 2:30 pm. I requested 24 hrs. I had to go to Dallas and back in the same day. When turning it in about 10:30 pm, I was being charged for 2 days. Which I refuted on the bill. Thank you.

SAUL GApp worked fine. Easy to understand. Truck parking in front of a trailer with little dog barking. Locked on the door to ask about key drop. No answer. Actual unstaffed U-Haul building and key drop off next lot over. Took me a bit of time to figure it out.
MICHELLE HThis location needs some help. The representative was friendly. The location is on a very small road that is busy. There are bar ditches on both sides of the road. In order to get the 26-ft truck out I had to drive it through a telephone pole and a mailbox that was approximately 10 ft wide at the edge of the road. The representative was not helpful in assisting in my exit. Also there was no walk around of the truck for damages which this truck had a lot of. In my opinion this location is not appropriate for ingress and egress of equipment like trucks and trailers. It's just too small and the lot is all grass and it's wet and the exits out of it are just way too small.
