I made a reservation for a pickup truck. I go to pick up the truck that evening but their pickup truck had a 4 pin trailer hookup & my trailer required a 7 pin. A couple employees really did try their best. Lack of proper training isn't their fault. They kept bringing out different adapters, but they didn't seem knowledgeable with what I was asking/needing. The store was closing soon (honestly, they were just done with me & wanted me to leave) so they told me to come back in the morning, that the manager would be in at 7am and he'd have the correct adapter. So I take the pickup truck home. (BIG MISTAKE) I get there right at 7am to be told the manager isn't coming in until 10am. Ummm what!? I needed the pickup truck to pull my personal trailer at 8am. The employee tried his best to help, I'll give him that. The manager just HAPPENED to show up at 7:30am, to tell me they didn't have the adapter I needed. I had to cancel my ENTIRE day's income. As a small business owner this was HUGE. And not only mention a huge inconvenience to my clients. Since I had made preparations the night before, I had put my personal equipment in the truck bed, so I had to drive it BACK home to empty it. (more miles=$$$) Upon returning to return the truck to Uhaul, the older employee was apparently talking to me from all the way across the store but dude... I'm behind a 6 foot divider, I didn't even see you come back in the store and talking in a regular volume voice from across the store sure doesn't help. He made a sexist joke saying, "just like a women... never listens to anything I say." Then proceeded to tell me I owe $60. I asked for the manager. They said he was going to be busy for a while. (Since my day was wide open now that I had to cancel an entire day's work, I had plenty of time now to sit and wait.) A couple minutes later, lo and behold the manager walks in. The manager kept mumbling/whispering to me (I guess so the other customers in line didn't hear?!) but at that point I was so done with the whole thing that I just nodded. He gave me $20 off but I shouldn't have had to pay for anything. I specifically picked up the pickup truck the night before I needed it to try to avoid this very situation. Had I known the truck wasn't going to work, I would've had the rest of the evening to find another solution AND NOT BE CHARGED TO RENT A PICKUP TRUCK I COULDN'T EVEN USE.

I feel I was taken advantage of. The truck said $19.95 In Town !!!!!!!!!! I was charged $ 79.00 I traveled 68 miles total. I was not given a receipt when I rented the truck to ask them about the Charges and when I returned the truck I was told the computer was down so I could not ask questions about the billing. I feel they lied to me so they didn't have to review the bill and just send me on my way. This is a RIP OFF and I will be glad to share with as many people as I can. So they don't get RIPPED OFF too. And being a writer for a magazine I hope it helps me spread the word easily. I will be surprised IF I hear back from anyone but you have my contact information.

We're long term, ongoing customers. Our experience till now has been very good. Unfortunately our most recent rental was a mess. The customers outnumbered employees 3 to 1. New emoyees who apparently were not trained made this take forever both pick up and drop off. Everything was incorrect, fuel at pick up, mileage at drop off. The one long term very professional employee had to straighten everything out and he was all stressed out trying to do 4 people's jobs. One guy was standing in the service window with a sandwich in one hand and a drink in the other telling me to just leave the keys in the truck he'd take care of it later. Really. Very unprofessional, untrained people.

Employee left me on hold for 53 minutes. I was able to hear them working with a customer once they was done with that customer they held a conversation with each other. Hung up then called back. Put me back on hold. Omg. Not friendly at all.

I ask for 1 day rental ,The Black Dude put me down for 8 hrs the truck had a bad misfire at idle the Black dude said there is nothing wrong the price was 50% more than what I was quoted . I am a shop owner and Master mechanic and I have used this location before I will use 367 best time to see I they have service

on 5-14-2019 I was told there would be a pick up truck reserved for me on 5-15-2019 at 10:am . I arrived at 10 am and was told that there was no pick up available. then I was offered a van in place of what I ask for. since it was a time sensitive move I had no choice but to except . After reaching my destination I discover that the pick up item would not fit in van. so I lost both ways. after making a reservation I expected to get what I paid for. Don't offer what you can't deliver, it cost me money for nothing.
