The app wouldn’t work. They were very friendly and helpful at this location. My only issue was I was supposed to pick it up in South Haven, but had to drive to about 25 minutes away to pick up the rental although I had scheduled it a week in advance.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe trailer i rented was not the one advertised on the website with the adjustable ramps and did not work for what I needed so it was a waist of money.
Lukas WThis was a great rental experience
DEBORAH GThe lady locked herself out and I had to wait for her. To go home to find key then she then she didn't want to take cash. I believe this is because im disabled.
Lora BWe had a great experience overall and excellent customer service. We dealt with Kim who was super helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent from here again.
