Charge me for insurance that I never asked for nor did they ever asked me if I wanted insurance just took upon there selfs to put it on there. Didn't realize till a couple hours later and it was on there and was too late after that. You rent from this place you better double-check your charges before you leave.

The 26 ft GMC truck rented had a terrible wobble in front end. Could not drive over 55 even on interstate without fighting the steering wheel for control. Also gas gauge wasn't accurate. It bounced around making it hard to determine accuracy. If I use this facility again I will want to test drive before leaving. Also Fowlers was very courteous and worked with me on pickup/return times.

The cost of the rental was unclear and I ended up with three different charges on my card. Five days later and it is still not cleared up. But Uhaul has no problem holding double the cost of the rental. The original hold was for $154.26. After the return I should have owed $3.66 for extra miles. My card was then charged $28.12 the next morning and then $182.38. The $28.12 dropped off the following day but the other two charges are still on my card and this is for a 20ft truck for one day dropped off at the same location as picked up. Very dissatisfied hope to find an alternative way to pick up my equipment from UPS in the future. Every other rental company I have dealt with just submit the additional charge separately. Their explanation is I will eventually get credit for the overcharge is not acceptable. I wonder how that would work if other stores charged that way. "I'm going to double charge for these groceries. But you'll get it back in five to seven days" No problem.

The truck had a non-working headlight which made it VERY hard to see at night in the remote area that I moved to. The guy that set up the contract seemed very clueless about what he was doing and took WAAAAAAY longer than it should have. Of course, I happened to be in a hurry, which made that portion of the experience pretty inconvenient. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience overall.

The location I asked for was not booked. We were supposed to go to Rockwood Food Mart which we did. But they had us going to Airport Road location. The guy at the food mart was not helpful at all. he was trying to wait on customers and wait on us and would not make a call to try to change it. We had to do it on our own so we ended up going to Fowler's furniture. The guy at Rockwood Food Mart had 23 Foot Truck there. I do not think he needs to be a representative of U-Haul.

Rental went as planned. 15 Foot Truck was just the right size for our move. The staff at Fowler's were very helpful and accommodating to our moving needs. We also plan to buy furniture here in the near future. Nicely set up floor and good prices! Thanks again!

You need to train them more in the rentals cause they gave me the wrong truck plus the wrong miles, and fuel was marked wrong. They only went by what the computer told them and not what the truck had,but they did fix it and made sure that I got my money back plus they couldn't find the key to the truck that I had rented but over all they were very helpful.

Did not have what I requested but was told it would be there next morning. I arrived next morning and had the trailer size I requested. The lady was very helpful and had put extra effort into making sure I was a happy customer. Most of this was done by phone and the lady made her commitment happen. contract # 92108161 Great Job

The people we rented the equipment was nice and went out their way to help us. Neither head light worked in dim and the rotor scraped the whole ride home. But they transferred the equipment from another near by place.

Told the Store Manager that someone had been smoking in the truck and that the inside was dirty. He said that he would take care of it and thanked me. I would strongly recommend this location to my friends and co-workers when they need a UHaul. I have always gotten friendly and fast service and assistance.

I rated it average iverall because the man seemingly in charge told me a lie the day before I picked up the truck. He compared my move in distance to one the day before that going to Cullman, AL and said the cost would be about the same - around $135.00 When the young lady rang up the total it was more than double, almost triple, as to what he quoted. The young lady preparing the transaction was very helpful and courteous.
