I can't think of anything that could have made my experience with big heads and U-Haul any better. They were so nice and accommodating and bent over backwards to make my move a pleasure boat experience. I would highly recommend Tom and Hunter for anybody's U-Haul needs.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis was not the location I originally selected, because it is far away from US61 and I had limited extra mileage allowed. Plus there was a weekend festival going on, so negotiating traffic with a large truck was difficult.
Jon DI was given the truck on E (Approximately 47 miles until empty) as stated on the dash. I was told that because it was on E that I would receive the truck for a rate of 10.80 if I filled the tank to half way when I dropped it off. I do so and it cost me $60. My receipt shows that I paid the full 29.99 rate and received only 38 fuel credit. My mileage was also discounted to .89 and i drove aprox 10 miles. My reciept was for around $39. So I ended up paying $99 total because of the $60 in gas which is way more than I was quoted and the receipt does not reflect the 10.80 price I was shown at pick up. No of it makes since. I expect around 50 not double.

chris hI’ve rented from other UHUAL places before and had horrible experiences between being unable to pick up the vehicle when I reserved it to being overcharged to dealing with rude employees. This is the first time I’ve had such a good experience and would give them a 10 out of 10! The employees I spoke with when picking up and dropping off were super friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend them and definitely will be renting trucks from them again in the future 😃
