Store doesn’t speak English and that’s a huge barrier. Secondly, they have to speak on the phone to someone who sounds like they’re driving transport truck, forcing you to take their insurance even though we requested several times not to.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUtility dolly tire wasn't well maintained .
Muhammad APoor service. Transaction was handled over speakerphone involving my credit card number. Was 45 minutes before got keys and then all the pics required
Robert Mone of the dollies had a flat tire and you could tell was much cheaper quality and less heavy duty than the other dolly
Michael BOverall the experience was good. Unfortunately, I tried to exit the parking area through an alternate route and I got stuck which cost me valuable time and money. This could have been avoided if I had been informed that the ONLY EXIT was to reverse onto a one-way road with constant traffic! Also the truck needs to be looked into in greater detail as a couple of lights were on throughout indicating maintenance required.
