Terrible experience at Centex. I would never recommend this location to anyone. U Haul is great, but this location is absolutely terrible and very unprofessional.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHave kilometres be the prominent speed rating for Canada on the dashboard. It’s hard to see the kilometres when it is sunny out. Also, have the website more obvious when the truck does not have a ramp. I thought all trucks have ramps and was disappointed when there wasn’t one.
Craig MGas Station, had to wait until there were no customers in the store or at the gas pumps, the attendant had to lock up the store to help me. The attendant was great, however I apparently was an hour late arriving at 2pm, thought I had until 5pm (read the very fine print)was an hour late due to high traffic on the 401. I was charged a full extra Day $75. When I asked about the credit for gas I was told they don’t credit gas? Called back to the Scarb Warden location for help, got none, transferred to a supervisor/manager, after long conversation that this supervisor did not want to help, she agrees to refund me the extra day, but not the gas. I agreed. MY credit card has now been charged the additional amount and no refund! Very disappoint in the service
janine pHad issues at pick up and drop off at the location. Store was understaffed and I was told to wait until next employee comes in to do the pick up and also the drop off. At time of pick up, agent didn't know which truck was reserved for me and gave me 2 sets of keys and said can you go and try both to see which is the key for you because I can't go outside and leave the store unattended. When I returned with the right key, he told me I can go without coming out to record Milage and Fuel level or even sign a contract. At time of return, a different agent, told me to return it on-line or to wait until the next employee comes in because he can't leave the store un-attended. I told him that I am not waiting and this was very un-organized both at pick up and drop off and they should not be renting from here if they are not staffed and capable of providing good service. The agent then told me "you don't have to rent from here", so I left the keys at the counter and left the store.
