They wasted an hour of my time trying to figure out why my card kept declining(apparently I needed a credit card for the vehicle I wanted to use, was not told in advance nor did I see it written anywhere on the website). Then during my 4 hour booking of 10-2, I received a text saying I had to be back by 1. God damn joke of a companyMATHIAS JORDAN D.
I didnt have a good experience with you. You fucked me around with a rental. Then cancelled less then 48 hours . Told me to find a different way of moving my things. Then when went to rent for the third day. You told me it was promised to another family. I return it then had to rent another truck. When i went to rent the second truck. Your whole parking lot was full of trucks. And then told it was busy but he couldn't really give a answers. After you cancelled you claimed i was booked for the first. I went to verifying It and little be known their was nothing booked after they it was booked. So i had be out on april. 30 . . Here i am moving still on the fifth because of your poor communication and organizing of your business. Caused an enormous amount of stress . Cause serious issues that are movers cancelled because of time frame with your truck service . So having to move my things with my son has cause serious back problems/back injury.. I am absolutely scared to use you again. Nobody anwser phones. I have wait at one time a hour to get a person. Its unorganized by the the people that i talk to because they told me different dates and couldn't find the book and so on. With the Covid situation ,we were surprised to find a dirty mask and dorito chips laying behind seats ,when we went to pick up the truck we took a quick look at it did not notice this until we got home to load truck up ,went to move seats up a bit and that is when we noticed what was left from last customer , when we brought the truck back yesterday we did mention it to the young man that inspected it on return .We sanitized with Lysol wipes and spray when we returned it but we were not touching the mask or Doritos so they stayed with truck .not impressed at all . i guess i will go with Enterprise next time if this is not looked after . We paid $368.00 to rent the truck and to move appliances and stuff .EUGENE A B.

I was not fully satisfied with the experience, as the trailer was hooked onto another trailer when I first started driving and ended up pulling 2 trailers, the employee had to bring in a forklift to lift up the trailer and I had to push the second trailer out of the way, the other issue I faced which I understand a little bit is the drastic price increaseZEID YASER FAISA A.

Our overall experience with Uhaul was extremely unprofessional, other than the staff at the pick-up site. Customer service was poor, disorganized and nearly left us stranded between houses. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone else, or using them again myself. It is simply not reliable knowing that our reservation could be changed or unavailable at the last minute. Well I was told that it was $0.89km charge for the uhaul they never said that was after 21km that under that cost more which I don't find fare. I should be stated upfront not behind the lines. Want customer's satisfaction than state it all how it truly isAustin William M.

Have equipment available when your customers book it. We booked a 3 bedroom house truck a week prior to our pick up date and ended up only being able to get a 6x12 enclosed trailer on our moving day. This made our move so difficult and took us several trips back and forth and cost us extra on gas.SHERRY LYNN D.
Explain that the electronic message you receive immediately after getting the keys is important to pay attention to - check the condition of the vehicle and the gas tank reading before even looking at it, as the link won't work after it's closed once.Andre L.
This is my third experience with uhaul at this location. Such a great service. Easy to navigate website and pick up a dream. Had a brand new van for 2 loads in the city. Easy peasy! Very pleasant staff at this large location.Susan W.
For starters I was doing the mobile check-in and my key wasn't in the box so I had to stand and wait in line for 20 minutes just to get the key. Also very hard to find the exit, as there are dots leading to a secluded door that says â€œemergency exit onlyâ€ and the only other door was the one we came in through and was blocked off to exit from. Secondly, it's way too expensive. I could've hired movers with a truck for the price I paid for this 10' truck. $20 plus almost $1 per km, AND gas on top of that is rather pathetic especially during these troubling times. I paid almost $70 to use a small truck for 2 hours in the city. Truck wasn't fuel efficient in the slightest so gas was expensive as well. I doubt I'll ever be using u-haul again.Stephanie A.
