Half hour late to arrive for our 9am pick up, two tires low on air, he said don't worry about it, 22 PSI in front right and 45PSI in rear right. Huge red flag so I had to go and put air in the tires. Never again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulthey didn't have the blankets and dolly when we arrived to pick up the truck so we ended up having to make a second trip to go get them later which was a pain obviously. Also I paid for 2 dollies and they only gave me one but still charged for the 2. the gas tank was completely empty when I picked it up.
Karrie NI would NOT recommend U-hual at all. I book a truck days in advance and could not pickup truck at the location and time we agreed on. I had to drive far away to get another truck, so I used more mileage. Will avoid U-hual at all cost.
Andre MI was disappointed with my experience. Before returning the truck, I filled the gas tank, and I actually returned it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. Despite this, I was still charged a fuel fee. I believe this charge is incorrect and should be reviewed. I would appreciate a refund of the fuel charge after you verify the vehicle’s fuel level at pickup and return. Thank you.
