Cashier was helpful but not overly friendly. I also was not able to upload any pictures like the app requested because it gave me an error message about location services even though everything on my end was being shared. She ultimately told me not to worry about that as long as the mileage and plate matched.

The pick up experience was AWFUL!!! It took over 30 min to actually get the truck beac
Angela FHorrible experience. I rented the truck for a 3:00 pick up. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the systems were down and so the truck wasn't available. I called Customer Service and was told to try again in an hour. I tried again at 4:00 with the same results. I was told I could drive to the West Allis location and they may be able to process the rental manually but no one could confirm that would work. As a result, I wasn't driving another 30 mins when I couldn't be guaranteed I would have a truck. At 5:00 I called and was told the systems were up and running. I was able to pick out the truck but the dolly I requested when I rented the truck was not in the truck. My rental was 2 hrs late and no dolly was in the truck. I had 4 guys sitting around waiting for a truck and then no dolly. Worst experience I have encountered. I call and was given a $50 credit but that doesn't make up for the lost time and money I spent on movers.

Lee LMake sure the rented dolly is in the truck. I had to move without the use of a dolly as a result of your incompetence.
