First of all we rented from Bobby Dee’s then “got bumped” to Guthrie by corporate they said because of high volume as it was graduation weekend at Oklahoma State. When we got to Guthrie which was 26 miles further south from Stillwater as we were coming from Wichita Kansas, the fiasco of claiming the key from a lock box took us another 45 minutes. Then the cab of the 10’ U-Haul was dirty with trash and water bottles. And the 12 packing blankets we rented were not in the truck. Let me clarify now because at this point we are not happy. We called Bobby Dee’s and spoke to them and they are AWESOME! They got us our packing blankets and threw in a two wheel cart. I would work with them anytime. Why this happened, why we got bumped to Guthrie, I do not know but this experience was so unnecessary. When we got to Bobby Dee’s there were plenty of rentals. Not good guys…

Paul WI originally wanted to pick the truck in Stillwater but ended having to go to Guthrie. The U-haul location worked out well but it involved extra mileage.
DAVID MThey lied about the fuel gage and I had to call them to get it checked. I am really angry. When we picked it up it should have been full. Then we could have returned it full but instead it was a little over a half tank so we did exactly that and they lied and said it was only a half tank.
